The folder itself has a good deal of visible wear, creases, and so forth. It is intact.
The gazeteer booklet inside is in good shape and clean, with minimal discoloration and normal rust on the staples. The maps are in very good shape, unmarked and with intact folds. The former owner's notes on loose leaf paper are also in the folder as an historical curiosity.
