Moominmamma Marmalade Mug 0.3L - Moomin Arabia
This marmalade-colored Moominmamma mug is designed by Arabia's illustrator-ceramicist Tove Slotte. The design is based on Tove and Lars Janssons comics Moomin Winter (1959) and Moominmamma's Maid (1956). In the illustration of the mug, Moominmamma is tending to her vegetable patch with Misabel, her maid. Moominmamma is no stranger to lifes small pleasures, such as taking a break for herself and enjoying a nice cup of coffee, as can be seen on the other side of the mug.
Moominpappa Mug 0,3L Grey - Moomin Arabia
Moominpappa preparing the Moominhouse for the winter, so the family stays warm during their hibernation. He makes sure the cold stays outside and the warm inside by insulating the windows with boards secured with nails. He also makes sure theres enough firewood for the stove. The illustrations are based on Tove Janssons comicMoomin winterfrom 1959 and are arranged on a charmingly subtle grey background colour with muted yellow in the details. The mug has a timeless shape and design.
