Tournament Details:
Format:Core (Constructed).
Pairing Method: Swiss Rounds and possible Top Cut, depending on attendance
Swiss Rounds: 55 minutes, best-of-three matches.
Top Cut Rounds:Best-of-three matches, 70 minutes. Final Round is untimed.
